Do you have to be Cisco Certified Professionals to take advantage of this program?
Not any longer. The program was originally created for Cisco-certified professionals; however, in 2008 we dropped this requirement. Therefore, any networking professional can participate in the program.
Can users share Juniper Networks Certification Fast Track Web Portal Access Cards?
Yes, a Web Portal Access Card can be shared by numerous people. Participants must enter the Web Portal Access Card number into the Fast Track Web Portal, and that number can be used more than once.

Yes. Three of our Juniper Networks Authorized Education Centers (JNAECs) provide you with extra hands-on experience through the Fast Track Program Open Lab Time. Specifically, you can gain extra experience with the following JNACEs:
For how many years are the JNCIA-ER, JNCIS-ER, JNCIS-ES and the JNCIA-EX certifications valid?
Certifications are valid for 2 years which then you can recertify, or pass a higher level exam, to extend it’s life for another 2 years.
What is the CertManager?
This is a credential management system exclusively for Juniper Certification holders. Manage your certification progress, personal information, order replacement certifications, and more. It is separate from the Learning Portal.
I passed the pre-assessment exam, then passed the live exam at Prometric, but I cannot activate my account in the CertManager. Why is this?
If you passed your exam recently at Prometric, it will take a few days for Prometric to send us your exam information. You will need to wait for your account to be created before you can create a login in CertManager. Please try again soon.
How long does it take to receive the official certificate after passing the certification exam at Prometric?
Expect your certificate to arrive 4-6 weeks after it has been processed.

How long with my voucher remain valid?
The voucher is valid for 3 months upon receipt; please register for an exam before the 3 month date.
How many times am I allowed to take the preassessment exams to earn a discounted voucher?
You are allowed to take the preassessment exam as many times as you need to achieve a passing score of 70% to receive a voucher to take the live exam.
How many vouchers can I receive at a 100% discount?
You can earn one voucher per exam. Potentially, you can earn 4 free vouchers to earn 4 free attempts for the live exam.
Must I take the exam before the voucher expires, or can I take it even after the voucher expires?
The expiration date indicates the date by which you must register for the exam.
How can I get the training materials for the test?
Everything you need is located in the Learning Portal under ‘Fast Track Certification Program’. You will find step-by-step instructions to help you through the program.
